Monofilament Woven Upper

Mizuno Enerzy XP Midsole

The midsole is built using double-layered Mizuno Enerzy XP foam for softness, light weight and energy return. It protects your joints as you strike down and converts the energy produced into rebound, pushing you into your next step, helping you run more efficiently. Placed between these layers is the Mizuno Wave Plate. This carbon-infused plate enhances stability without disrupting softness; this extends to the forefoot and combines with Smooth Assist technology. The SSA structure delivers effortless running, supports smooth strides and provides gradual stability for a snappy, responsive ride. The plate is also plant-based and made with Pebax Rilsan for an eco-conscious, durable choice.

G3 Outsole

The outsole is made from G3 PU resin and delivers excellent grip and traction to support speed running. It is lightweight, so you aren't weighed down, but is still highly durable, giving you the comfort in knowing the shoe is built for long miles. The outsole is engineered with shapes specific to the rear foot and forefoot to assist landings, toe-offs and turns.
