The Saltoro Pants have been constructed with a GORE-TEX ePE fabric that uses a DWR finish, making them highly protective and shielding you from windy and wet weather whilst being highly breathable to provide optimum comfort across a range of hiking and climbing conditions. For a comfortable feel and freedom of movement, Mountain Equipment has incorporated an alpine fit with articulated knees, letting you adventure freely with no restrictions holding you back. Working with the articulated knees is a gusseted crotch, which enhances range of movement. An elasticated waistband with a drawcord enables you to alter the fit of the pants to a more unique one, with adjustable hems to provide a closer fit. Completing the pants are 3/4 length 2-way YKK side zips, helping with easy on/off as well as ventilation; zipped up, air can flow, keeping you cool while releasing unwanted heat and when down, traps in the warmth on those colder days.
