The Sirocco XT jacket from Montane is a perfect lightweight jacket for all outdoor activities in cold climates. Using mechanical stretch ripstop woven, fully dull 20D recycled nylon yarns, the FEATHERLITE Air technological fabric has been developed for high wind resistance with exceptional breathability, outstanding comfort and uncompromised performance. The material is coated with a water-repellent, non-fluorocarbon finish, enhancing its ability to repel water. For lightweight warmth and thermal efficiency, PrimaLoft Gold Active Vent insulation has been added to the jacket, with strategic microfibres to provide industry-leading performance. The insulation is also super breathable and manages moisture excellently, with 80 g running through the body for core warmth and 60 g under the arms, in the side panels and in the hood to reduce bulk and increase comfort and freedom of movement. Low-profile seams increase the overall durability and further enhance comfort.
A self-sealing, adjustable hood system with a rear adjustment point provides you with a secure and precise fit. While the adjustable hem can be tightened to entrap heat, self-sealing cuffs enhance comfort and warmth. Finally, hand-warming YKK NATULON recycled zipped pockets have been added to the design and are harness and pack compatible to be accessible when equipped for big adventures.
