Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that pulls the foot in and locks down the midsole for a secure fit.
FuelCell Foam Midsole
The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that quickly drives you off the cushioning platform and delivers long-lasting performance. Delivering high-rebound, the FuelCell SuperComp creates an energetic, propulsive feel with an ultra-lightweight running experience. The propulsive feel helps to drive you forward for an even faster feeling on race days. The midsole absorbs shocks and negative impact forces as you heel strike and uses the energy to catapult you off into your next step, allowing you to be faster still. It is made with approximately 3% bio-based content for a more eco-friendly choice. Featuring an Energy Arc, the FuelCell SuperComp pairs sport-specific carbon fibre plate geometry with strategic midsole voids. This has been designed to increase stored energy to deliver a higher amount of total energy returned. Completing the midsole is an angular design that helps to reduce weight and provide a more lightweight feel.
