Atomknit Upper

Providing your feet with outstanding comfort and support, the Alphafly Next% 3 utilises a new Atomknit upper construction. The materials throughout the upper of the shoe provide a contoured fit, with improved multidirectional containment and breathability. The minimalist fabric sits close to the foot to ensure a dynamic, lightweight fit ideal for racing, whilst perforations within the fabric increase airflow, creating a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The breathable upper allows cool air to flow into the construction while simultaneously allowing hot, humid air to escape so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The uppers also feature notched laces, which offer a more secure, yet soft lace-up system for a more locked-in feel and work alongside an integrated knit tongue with lofted padding to ensure a secure fit, which helps to alleviate lace pressure.

ZoomX Midsole

The Alphafly 3 utilises a ZoomX midsole for optimal cushioning. Nike's ZoomX is lighter, softer and more responsive than any Nike foam, designed to maximise speed by delivering greater energy return. ZoomX was derived from a foam traditionally used in aerospace innovation and applied for the first time in performance footwear. The ZoomX midsole in this shoe is a lightweight cushioning providing exceptional comfort and protection for your feet. The foam construction also delivers impressive energy return, giving you the propulsion needed from a racing shoe. Alongside this are 2 visible Zoom Air units in the forefoot, which assist you with more energy return. A full-length carbon plate is also integrated into the shoe, delivering a snappy sensation with each stride. The carbon plate has been made slightly wider than previous versions to provide increased stability that helps you smoothly transition through every stride and tackle turns confidently.

Durable Rubber Outsole

Designed using data gathered from hundreds of runners, the Alphafly 3 outsole provides plenty of traction.
