Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper has been crafted from a stretchy, soft mesh that swathes your feet. They are highly adaptable, moulding to the shape of your foot for a secure yet comfortable fit. The mesh is highly breathable, thanks to micro-perforations. They allow built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air flows in for a pleasant cooling experience. Built on an MR-10 last, it delivers a great, consistent fit. A heel counter provides stability and support, working alongside the traditional lacing system to lock in the fit. Dual-Density ZoomX and ReactX Midsole

A highly stacked dual-density midsole has been utilised in the Vomero 18. 6mm taller than the previous Vomero and the tallest in the line, the midsole delivers a comfort-centric running experience. It features a combination of ZoomX foam for the length of the shoe and ReactX in the heel and forefoot, providing runners with double-stacked cushioning for the ultimate ride. ZoomX foam cushioning uses cutting-edge engineering for the greatest possible energy return (85%), turning the impact of your step into energy for your next stride. This helps you run further and faster with less exertion. Lightweight, soft and responsive, it offers excellent propulsion whilst sparing your joints as you strike hard surfaces. ReactX delivers high-level performance while balancing environmental impact. Thanks to the inspired manufacturing process, it increases energy return by 13% whilst reducing the carbon footprint by at least 43%. The foams combine to supply comfort and propulsion; an increased rocker geometry has also been integrated, allowing smoother transitions and improved momentum.
