Engineered Mesh Upper

The mesh is highly breathable thanks to micro-perforations. They allow built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air flows in for a pleasant cooling experience. A heel counter provides stability and support, working alongside the traditional lacing system to lock in the fit. A highly stacked dual-density midsole has been utilised in the Vomero 18. 6mm taller than the previous Vomero, and the tallest in the line, the midsole delivers a comfort-centric running experience. It features a combination of ZoomX foam (full-length) and ReactX in the heel and forefoot, providing runners with double-stacked cushion for the ultimate ride. ZoomX foam cushioning uses cutting-edge engineering to achieve more energy return (85%) than ever before, turning the impact of your step into energy for your next stride. This helps you run further and faster with less exertion. Lightweight, soft and responsive, it offers excellent propulsion whilst sparing your joints as you strike down. ReactX delivers high-level performance whilst balancing environmental impact. Thanks to the inspired manufacturing process, it increases energy return by 13% whilst reducing the carbon footprint by at least 43%. This combination of foams works together to supply comfort and propulsion. Increased rocker geometry has also been integrated, allowing for smoother transitions and increased forward momentum.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The outsole has been constructed from a highly durable rubber that resists damage and produces excellent levels of grip. The redesigned traction pattern delivers maximum adhesion, helping you to form a solid bond with the ground beneath. Pods around the outsole enhance agility and assist in smoother heel-to-toe transitions.
