Nike Hybrid RN Men's Training Shoes

Designed for athletes who run and lift, the Hybrid RN takes you from sprints to squats without missing a beat. A forefoot Air Zoom unit pairs with ReactX foam to give you the responsive cushioning your runs need. The wide outsole features both sticky and high-abrasion rubber for stability and grip during dynamic movements.

Breathable Mesh Upper

For breathable support, the Hybrid RN utilises engineered mesh for outstanding comfort. Large perforations in the fabric increase airflow, encouraging cool air to circulate while making it easier for built-up heat to escape, keeping your feet cool and comfortable. The upper has built-in stretch for unrestricted movement, enabling the feet to bend and flex freely during your workout for a distraction-free experience. The padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for increased comfort, while the minimal tongue reduces irritation caused by rubbing. An X-shaped overlay works with the traditional lacing system to help secure your foot as you switch moves.

Nike ReactX Midsole

Providing exceptional comfort and cushioning, the Hybrid RN utilises a ReactX foam to deliver a responsive ride while remaining durable for a long-lasting shoe. The foam's reactive nature means it absorbs impact when hitting hard, unforgiving surfaces below, then expels it through your next stride for a bounce-like effect, sparing your joints and reducing the risk of injury in the process. This energy-return technology slows down fatigue while enhancing performance, keeping you going for longer. Working alongside this is a forefoot Air Zoom Unit. This low-profile midsole feature combines pressurised air with internal fibres to deliver responsive cushioning that springs back fast so you can move faster. Using a forefoot unit, this offers a more responsive and energetic feel than ever before, letting you go further, faster, before fatigue sets in.

Sticky Rubber Outsole

Developed using a sticky rubber outsole, the Hybrid RN provides flat, grippy traction for lifting on even the sweatiest of surfaces. The pattern increases underfoot traction, providing a stable footing when moving. This is ideal for workouts, gym sessions, and classes where you typically make sharp, aggressive and lateral movements. Ensuring a strong, stable base, the wide outsole gives you optimal stability and solid ground contact. The triangular tread combined with flex grooves provides greater forefoot flexibility for a more natural and comfortable wear and training experience.
