With a lightweight, wind-resistant structure, the Mountain Core Jacket utilises OMM's own Flexile Shell, optimising protection in poor, windy weather. Additionally, the jacket has a durable water repellent finish that keeps you dry in light rain and changing weather. Working in tandem, the PrimaLoft Active Insulation is built from a synthetic plume woven through a knitted mesh to ensure effective insulation, keeping you warm and cosy when the weather turns. The synthetic insulation ensures the warmth of a traditional fleece, but with half the weight. To prevent overheating, the materials are super breathable, keeping you fresh and comfortable when your adventures heat up, and due to the outstanding wet-weather performance, you no longer need to worry about rainy conditions stopping you from staying warm. Strategically placed stretch panels allow movements to be flexible, allowing you to move through rocky trails and uphill climbs without feeling restricted. An integrated fleece-lined hood with a soft peak keeps you protected from the elements and warm, whilst providing you with optimum next-to-skin comfort. Large fleece-lined pockets provide you with space to stash essentials, or to store your hands when you need. To ensure an easy on and off, the full-length YKK zip also ensures ventilation control.
