Patagonia Wind Shield Women's Jacket

The Wind Shield Jacket provides lightweight wind protection and weather resistance during high-output, cold-weather activities, while also releasing excess heat and moisture through strategically placed breathable panels.

Utilising a soft shell fabric, the exterior of the jacket blocks gusts of winds from penetrating the material, keeping you shielded at a low weight. Capilene Cool technology has been used, designed to be moisture-wicking, breathable and fast-drying, making this jacket a perfect option as a base layer or a single jacket. With a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish added, rain and poor weather are effectively blocked from entering time and time again and a HeiQ Mint treatment has also been added to control odours and bad smells for better smells over long periods of time. This is complimented by the soft brushed-terry fabric located on the underarms and inner sleeves that adds a soft warmth while allowing air to flow freely and remove unwanted heat. For better comfort under the chin, a zipper garage has been added, protecting the skin from possible nips. The cuffs have a half-elasticated design on the bottom side, holding the sleeve in place while the top side has been shaped to provide better coverage from the elements. To store personal items, two zip pockets have been added for hands and personal items alongside two internal drop-in pockets for items such as hats and gloves. Finally, a reflective logo has been added for better visibility in low light conditions.
