Revolutionary lightweight 100% recycled polyester PlumaFill insulation replicates the structure of down in a continuous synthetic insulation material, offering the warmth and packability of down but with the warm-when-wet performance of synthetic insulation. This means you get the cosy loft but stay safer in damp conditions. The shell fabric is an ultralight 100% recycled ripstop nylon that is durable and water-resistant. The hung face fabric and innovative internal quilting construction with minimal stitching or compression stabilises the PlumaFill strands and maximises loft and warmth. The alpine helmet-compatible, insulated hood features a single-pull cord adjustment in back and stretchy binding in front, providing extra coverage when you need it. For extra protection, the drawcord hem and elasticated cuffs seal out the elements. The two-way, centre-front Vislon zipper is backed with an internal wind flap and allows for belay loop access as well as easy on/off. Finally, storage is not a problem with a zippered external left-chest pocket, an internal drop-in pocket, and two zippered handwarmer pockets. For convenience, the jacket packs into the front left pocket when not in use.
