Ultraweave Upper

Made from Puma's Ultraweave Upper, the Deviate Nitro Elite Trails have been created to be lightweight, comfortable and breathable. The upper has a built-in 4-way stretch design that reduces weight and allows the foot to move comfortably, providing a perfect sock-like fit. This also helps reduce friction, preventing rubbing and chafing for distraction-free running so you can focus on what matters. Perforations within the fabric allow cool air to flow whilst allowing built-up heat to escape, providing a cooling sensation as you move and a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. Not only this, but the upper is highly durable thanks to its construction, leaving you with shoes that are built to last. Traditional lacing system has been utilised, effectively locking the midfoot down into place for a distraction-free run.

NITROFOAM Elite Midsole and Carbon Fibre PWRPLATE

Crafted with Puma's NITROFOAM Elite in two separate layers, the midsole is highly responsive at a reduced weight. Absorbed shock is released within your following stride as propulsive energy, giving you a needed motivational boost in every step. This has been teamed with an extended PWRPLATE through the midsole, a carbon-fibre plate that enhances energy return and forward propulsion, keeping you focused on your target.

PUMAGRIP Outsole

Offering reliable grip over changing surfaces, the PUMAGRIP outsole of the Deviate Nitro Elite helps you stick to the ground with high confidence, with strategically focused rubber on the heel and toe of the shoe, missing the midfoot to reduce the overall weight for a better feel. This durable rubber compound offers great multi-surface traction for strong strides on both dry pavements and rain-slicked roads, keeping your confidence high from start to finish. PUMAGRIP AR 3mm lugs have been utilised, providing more secure footing and grip over loose and sliding surfaces.
