Zipped lower pockets supply storage for small essentials, while stretch binding at the cuffs and hem help to aid in the retention of body heat plus further prevents rain from creeping in. The full zip exists for adjustable airflow and coverage; zip down to quickly dump excess heat and zip up to seal in the warmth on a bitter day.
