Regatta Montegra II Waterproof Jacket
Lightweight, stretchy and waterproof shell jacket, built for summit hikes in warm, wet conditions. Regatta used a light and durable ripstop ISOTEX 10,000 waterproof/breathable performance fabric with a DWR finish and sealed seams to deliver waterproof and windproof protection that breathes.
Constructed using Isotex 10,000, the Regatta Montegra II Jacket has been designed to keep you feeling dry and comfortable in any conditions. Developed to stand up to the heaviest of rain busts, the waterproof, lightweight and breathable fabrication has a 10,000 hydrostatic head to keep you dry in the harshest conditions. The hydrostatic head ensures protection for up to 10,000mm of rainfall so rainy showers won't cause you any discomfort, as this jacket will keep you dry and protected. In addition, Isotex has been designed to allow moisture vapour to escape as well as keeping water from getting in. The breathable fabric allows cool air to flow into the garment whilst, at the same time, allowing hot humid air to escape ensuring a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. The fabrication also allows moisture to be wicked away from the skin where it can be easily evaporated; the material is coated in a durable water-repellent material which will wick moisture away, stopping it from clinging onto the jacket and adding weight.
High visibility stretch panels have been used on the jacket to ensure freedom of movement and zoned visibility. The stretch panels move as you do allow you to achieve unrestricted movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. The panels are also highly reflective which helps you to stay visible on late night adventures; the reflective nature of the panels lights up when exposed beam ensures you remain seen by passing vehicles. A grown on technical wire peaked hood provides added weather protection, it can also be adjusted to ensure complete coverage. A front zip exists for complete temperature control, in colder climates, it can be worn up to seal in heat or when temperatures begin to rise it can be worn down to release an intolerable heat build up. Lastly, two lower zipped pockets and two chest pockets provide ample storage space for all your essential items.
