Salomon X Ultra 360 Edge Women's Walking Shoes

GORE-TEX Upper

Constructed using a GORE-TEX upper, the shoes are highly waterproof to keep your feet dry, cool and comfortable. This ensures you can comfortably wear the shoes when walking and adventuring in changing and wet weather. Also, the materials are highly durable to protect feet from varied conditions and provide you with a long-lasting, reliable pair of shoes. A mesh and textile lining encases each foot in breathable comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. A Sensifit system cradles the foot providing a precise and secure fit whilst the gusseted tongue sits comfortably against the skin and prevents debris from entering inside the shoe. Protection is key while out on the trails, so don't worry when wearing the X Ultra 360 Edge as it features a protective heel for rearfoot stability and a protective rubber toe cap to enhance protection from loose or sharp rocks. Finishing off the upper a Quicklace system that allows you to quickly and easily adjust the fit, whilst a lace pocket prevents any distractions whilst on the go.

EnergyCell Midsole

Within the midsole, the shoe has injected and compressed EVA which forms the EnergyCell Midsole. This multi-functional midsole will provide both comfort and protection, as it has dual-density EVA. Towards the bottom, the EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced from this will also be returned as a rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. The higher you get in the midsole, the EVA becomes less densely packed, which will make every step feel comfortable. In addition to this, between the outsole and the midsole, there is a new ADV-C chassis. This targets articulations on the outer foot to optimise stability without limiting your mobility while also keeping the front of the shoe flexible for a more fluid ride. A moulded OrthoLite sockliner is extremely soft and comfortable and works to wick away moisture keeping the feet cool and dry at all times.

All Terrain Contagrip Outsole

Providing great levels of grip and traction on the changing terrain below, the shoes have a Contagrip outsole. The outsole grabs hold of the ground, even when traversing across wet and slippery surfaces, increasing control and adhesion on your next adventures. The deep lugs dig deep into the ground, anchoring you in place. This will also benefit you by acting as a solid base for you to push off from when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.
