Salomon X Ultra 360 GORE-TEX Women's Walking Shoes

GORE-TEX Upper

Constructed using a GORE-TEX upper, the shoes are highly waterproof to keep your feet dry, cool and comfortable. This ensures you can comfortably wear the shoes when walking and adventuring in changing, wet weather. Not only this, but the materials are highly durable, protecting feet from various conditions and providing you with a long-lasting, reliable pair of shoes. A mesh and textile lining encases each foot in breathable comfort. Perforations in the fabric increase airflow, creating a healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The tongue and collar are cushioned to keep them comfortable during adventures, and laces provide a locked-in, secure fit. The upper features up to 50% recycled materials, making the X Ultra 360 a more conscious option.

EnergyCell Midsole

The midsole uses injected and compressed EVA to form the EnergyCell Technology. This multi-functional midsole provides both comfort and protection, thanks to dual-density EVA. Towards the bottom, the EVA is extremely firm, absorbing shocks instantly and effectively preventing damage. The energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, giving you an added spring in your step. The higher in the midsole, the EVA becomes less densely packed, which makes every step feel comfortable. Between the outsole and the midsole is a new ADV-C chassis. This targets outer foot articulations to optimise stability without limiting your mobility while also keeping the front of the shoe flexible for a more fluid ride. A moulded OrthoLite sockliner is extremely soft and comfortable, wicking away moisture to keep feet cool and dry. Recycled electrical cables in the midsole provide a more environmentally friendly choice.

Contagrip Outsole

Providing great grip and traction on changing terrain, the shoes have a Contagrip outsole. The outsole grips the ground, even when traversing wet, slippery surfaces, for increased control and adhesion. The deep lugs dig deep into the ground, anchoring you in place. This will also benefit you by providing a solid base to push off from when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.
