Designed for those who want to run, rain or shine, the Triumph 23 GORE-TEX is built with waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX for ultimate rain protection and comfort. The softer, lighter PWRRUN PB midsole ensures a responsive ride, while the updated XT-900 offers flexibility, durability and superb traction.
To ensure breathable comfort and protection in poor weather, the Triumph 23 GORE-TEX features a combined engineered mesh upper, alongside GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology. The uppers keep feet feeling fresh under pressure by allowing a constant supply of airflow, replacing hot, muggy air with cool air. This prevents overheating, ensuring comfort on long, tricky runs and with moisture-wicking properties, the shoes stop feet from becoming sweaty, reducing the growth of moisture within the shoes. GORE-TEX Invisible Fit technology offers a waterproof barrier, keeping you dry in wet conditions by preventing water entry and enabling quick drying for a fresh and comfortable in-shoe feel. A padded collar and tongue provide a plush feel, whilst a traditional lacing system locks down the midfoot for a precise fit that keeps you confident and in control.
Softer and lighter, the midsole of the Triumph 23 GORE-TEX has been constructed using a thick stack of PWRRUN PB foam. It is one of Saucony's most responsive and energy-efficient foams, now with a softer look and feel. It attenuates shock as you strike down, converting that into rebound to push you along further and faster. This helps your feet feel fresher for longer, so you can really rack up the miles. Atop this, an SRS sockliner provides luxurious step-in comfort, further enhancing the cushioned feel.
For maximum grip and traction, the outsole has a reimagined XT-900 carbon rubber outsole design. It is highly durable and protective, resisting damage over time so you can keep running. It adheres to the ground for a grip you can trust, and the flexible nature of the outsole means you can run without restriction, allowing your feet to flow through the gait cycle with ease. It is strategically placed for foot strike, giving you all the grippy power you need without the bulk and weight of a full piece of rubber underfoot.
