Saucony Ride 19 Women's Running Shoes

The Saucony Ride 19 is designed to go wherever your run takes you. Softer, lighter, and more responsive than ever, it's equally at home on easy miles, long steady runs, or faster-paced training. With smooth transitions, adaptive cushioning, and a fit that moves with you, it's a shoe built for every stride.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Designed using a highly breathable mesh, the upper of the Ride 19 encourages cool, refreshing air to circulate while removing unwanted warm air to help regulate temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. With a stretchy design, the materials conform snugly to your feet for a secure fit while allowing free and flexible movement, whether jogging through parks or hitting the roads. The padded heel collar and tongue sit close to the foot and ankle to prevent chaffing and increase comfort. Lastly, a traditional lacing system locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement and ensure a secure, snug fit.

PWRRUN+ Midsole

The midsole of the Ride 19 is lighter than ever and features an updated PWRRUN+ compound, making it softer and more responsive. The PWRRUN+ compound ensures maximum energy return, providing an exceptionally smooth landing and rebound with every step. With increased foam content and reduced shoe weight, the cushioning is designed to keep your feet bouncy and responsive throughout your run or training session. Additionally, the midsole's shock-absorbing properties help sponge impact from hard surfaces, leading to more energetic strides and helping to prevent discomfort or injury.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The Ride 19 utilises a hardwearing, durable rubber outsole to provide increased grip and traction across a range of road surfaces and terrains. The rubber is strategically enhanced at the forefoot to ensure optimum grip during toe-off while remaining long-lasting for complete confidence. This strong connection with the ground gives you a firm base to push from, which ultimately contributes to a more efficient gait cycle. Flex grooves complete the shoe, providing a smooth, stable base for flexible and stable movement.
