Combining a 3D dual-density footplate, midsole rocker geometry and SurfaceCTRL grip, the VECTIV Infinite III is designed to maximise energy on the trail.

Engineered Dual-Warp Mesh Upper

The upper of the VECTIV Infinite III has been constructed from a seamless, engineered dual-warp mesh for chafe-free, highly breathable comfort. The upper uses mapped venting zones in the upper to allow cool air to flow, whilst at the same time, removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature. An improved heel fit works alongside integrated tongue wings to increase the heel and midfoot lockdown for a secure feel. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system with notched laces to help further lock the midfoot for a locked-in fit and also prevent in-shoe slippage.

DREAM Foam Midsole

DREAM midsole foam is an innovative cushioning technology that offers an incredibly lightweight, soft and bouncy underfoot experience with great resiliency throughout the life of the shoe. It cushions your joints as you strike down and converts the energy into rebounds to propel you forward, allowing you to run further, faster, using less energy. A full-length high-performance 3D TPU plate also resides within the midsole to amplify midfoot stability and to enhance forward propulsion and provide lateral support on technical trails. Lastly, a rockered midsole geometry has been engineered to create long-lasting forward propulsion, helping to push you onto your next stride.

SurfaceCTRL Outsole

Designed to be hardwearing and grippy, the VECTIV Infinite III have been developed using a SurfaceCTRL Rubber Outsole. This durable compound has been specially designed to ensure traction on both wet and dry surfaces. Not only does the outsole work exceptionally well on wet and dry terrain, but it also works to ensure multi-directional traction on a wide range of surfaces. The highly durable rubber is strong enough to withstand the toughest trails and is flexible enough to adapt to different terrain, so you can have complete control. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. The outsole is designed to hold firm on uneven terrain so you can have complete confidence on the toughest terrains. Completing the outsole are 5mm lugs that provide an exceptional balance between traction and durability on the trail. The lugs dig deep into wet mud and grip onto slippery rocks to ensure added traction and control. This will also benefit you by acting as a solid base for you to push off when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.
