Dynamic WARP 2.0 Upper
Designed to provide a comfortable and dynamic fit, the Velociti Elite 2 have been constructed using Under Armour's Dynamic WARP 2.0 technology. UA WARP technology moves in unison with the foot to support you through each stride. It moulds to the foot perfectly to ensure enhanced performance as your feet move through the gait cycle. The Velociti Elite 2 also features a TPE sockliner for enhanced resilience and bounce on every footstrike while reflective details help to enhance visibility in low-light conditions. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to prevent any excessive movement.
UA Flow Midsole
Constructed to be one of UA's lightest midsoles, the Velociti Elite 2 has been designed using FLOW technology. Under Armour has created this, dynamic, one-piece midsole technology that provides responsive and long-lasting cushioning whilst remaining extremely lightweight. UA Flow is the lightest midsole technology in UA's current running lineup, bringing unparalleled lightweight cushioning, the foam has naturally sticky traction, so traditional bulky overlays of the past aren't needed. The midsole is designed to provide responsive energy return and an abundance of cushioning so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. A pebax foam also resides in the midsole to enhance the cushioning for a more soft and comfortable landing. A full-length carbon fibre plate features in the midsole of the Flow Velociti Elite to minimise energy loss during toe bend without increasing demand on the calf, it springs up under your heel as you stride forward, yielding the snappy, propulsive sensation that converts into extra-energised strides. The plate is curved at the front, helping give the runner back some of the energy they put in at toe-off.
