YY Alien Resistance Training Tool (Medium)

The Alien is a compact accessory for warming up and strengthening finger extensors.

An essential for preventing injuries from climbing and assisting with long-term strengthening, the Alien is specifically designed to work the extensor muscles of the fingers. This helps correct muscular imbalances to keep you prepared for every climb. Made from soft, durable silicone, the contraption is super comfortable to use regularly and is lightweight and compact so you can use it wherever you choose. Thanks to 5 soft, flexible holes, the Alien allows precise one-sided work. A single finger, or the whole hand, can be engaged as required, for a tailor-made workout. This product can be used for a range of activities or training, including for muscle activation at the start of a warm-up, targeted strengthening and rehabilitation after injury. The Alien comes in three sizes, suiting beginners to experienced athletes; the blue Alien is designed for intermediate strengthening.
