WHAT'S NEW ABOUT THE NIKE ALPHAFLY 3?

The Alphafly 3 is Nike's lightest Alphafly ever, featuring a slightly wider carbon fibre plate for increased stability, a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions and an all-new Atomknit upper designed for improved multidirectional containment and breathability.

There are clear differences in design compared to the original Alphafly and Alphafly 2, specifically in the midsole and outsole. Previously, the forefoot and heel sections were partially separated, whereas in this new version, the Zoom Air units are now encased within the ZoomX midsole with reinforced rubber between the units, offering more stability, protection and less chance of the Air units popping!

In the upper, the tongue area has more stretch knit coverage, there is a new lacing configuration and the pull tab on the tongue has also been removed.
