Healthy home snacking with Laura Tilt

Laura is a registered dietitian and health writer. With this livestream she will help you understand the relationship between what goes on your plate and what happens in your body.

Professional dancer and Strictly Star Karen Hauer will be taking you through a series of stretches and flows specifically designed for runners in this live stream.

Wednesday 8th April – 1pm

Home HIIT workout with Roz Purcell

Roz Purcell is a personal trainer and lover of running, hiking and the outdoors. In this Instagram livestream she will be sharing a dedicated HIIT workout for runners who need to get moving at home.
