The latest workout in our exclusive Nature’s Gym series, capitalises on the natural elements of the great outdoors for a full body workout that conditions the core, back and legs.

WEEK 4:

Russian Twists: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Flys: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Log Smash: 30 seconds x 5 sets

Jump Lunges: 30 seconds x 5 sets
