Join us for a powerful panel conversation featuring five experts, from run coaches and elite athletes to sport psychologists, and community leaders - as we explore how the perceived disadvantage can become the advantage in training and racing.
Each panellist will share pivotal mindset shifts that transformed their approach to adversity and allowed them to unlock new levels of performance growth.
Through personal experience and professional insight, our panelists will reveal the psychological tools and techniques they use to strengthen mental resilience and optimise performance.
