ASICS Gel-Challenger 15 Women's Tennis Shoes
Take on your next match with the Gel-Challenger 15.
Supportive Upper
The upper is designed to be ultra-supportive to help you move around the court with confidence. The upper is made with synthetic overlays that provide structure while remaining breathable. A thicker collar helps create a more comfortable wrap around your foot, and a traditional lacing system helps to lock in the fit. PGUARD technology reinforces the upper for increased durability and WINGWALL technology is placed in the sidewall to improve stability during side-to-side movements. This feature offers good support, so you can step into your shot and stroke the ball with more pace.
GEL Technology Midsole
Providing feet with comfort and a soft sensation underfoot, the Gel-Challenger 15 utilises a GEL technology in the forefoot. This has excellent impact absorption properties to keep feet comfortable and prevents the risks of injury or discomfort from occurring when striking down on the hard, unforgiving ground. Keeping your feet at an optimum level of comfort, the midsole creates a softer feeling during footstrike, for soft bouncy strides and distraction-free wearing. Finally, the midsole features a removable OrthoLite sockliner for soft step-in comfort and moisture management.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.
AHARPLUS Outsole
Adorning the outsole of the Gel-Challenger 15 is an AHARPLUS outsole, a lightweight, durable and grippy outsole to keep you stable and secure with the court below. The outsole has excellent abrasion-resistant properties so you can rely on your shoes long-term, whilst being lightweight to keep you focused on the game. The grippy outsole allows you to make necessary twists and turns, preventing slipping and sliding when it matters and keeping you light on your feet. ASICS' pinnacle high abrasion-resistant rubber is located in the heel area and is approximately three times more durable than standard outsole rubbers. The separated groove design helps create a larger contact area for smoother landings. As an added bonus, the outsole is non-marking.
