Engineered Air Mesh Upper
The upper of the Inov8 F-Fly has been designed to be a highly breathable material to keep your feet cool and dry during intense workouts. Perforations within the mesh, allow exceptional airflow, releasing stuffy air to replace it with a cooling comfort. While the seamless design of the 3D construction ensures rubbing and chafing is kept to a minimum. Featuring Inov8's Met-Cradle technology, the F-Fly becomes a exceptionally stable shoe as a a supportive cradle-like overlay wraps around your foot for balance during high impact exercises. This is integrated in with the traditional lacing system, as the cradle is pulled tighter as you lace up, locking down the midfoot for an extra secure and snug-fit.
POWERFLOW PRO Midsole
Sporting a natural feel so you can still feel the ground, the POWERFLOW PRO has been created to benefit you when running or performing high-impact exercises. The foam retains high levels of responsiveness to keep the ride bouncy and cushioned. Collaboratively working with the Inov8 BOOMERANG Footbed which adds further cushioning underfoot due to hundreds of foam beads within the insole compressing and springing back. This adds 40% energy return during your stride, perfect for cardio sessions to maximise longevity.
Grippy Rubber Outsole
Provides lightweight grip for sure footing in gym-based exercises including weightlifting, cardio and functional movements. The Outsole features Inov8 META-FLEX, which are grooves within the toe bend to allow natural flexing in the feet, alongside ROPE-TEC technology in the midsection and arch of the foot to provide protection from friction on rope climbs, increasing durability.
