Waterproof Nubuck Leather Upper
The upper has been carefully constructed using a nubuck leather to enhance your walking experience. The leather material offers optimal durability on the most demanding of terrains and is exceptionally durable, and stands up to the rigours of trail walking. Perforations also reside in the upper and enable cool air to circulate while at the same time removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. Working alongside the nubuck leather, the shoes also feature a B-DRY membrane, which offers optimal waterproof protection, ensuring your feet remain dry at all times. For additional upper durability, a highly abrasion-resistant textile lining offers added protection against bumps and scrapes. A 3D heel counter ensures your feet stay locked in and increases stability, making it easy to tackle tough terrain. Heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off, and completing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.
Sawtooth Midsole
Offering support and cushioning, the shoes feature a Sawtooth midsole, engineered using a dual-density EVA foam, which delivers a great balance between shock absorption and underfoot cushioning, without adding unnecessary weight. An O-fit insole has been added to the shoes, which has been engineered to support the arch and put the foot in a neutral position. This purpose-designed technology delivers the kind of fit, feel and performance that you need. For added torsional stability, a nylon shank has also been added, delivering a stable platform for the foot. The shank resists torsional flex, maintaining a stable foundation.
Sawtooth Outsole
Utilising a Sawtooth outsole, the shoes ensure underfoot control across a multitude of surfaces. The outsole sheds mud like no other, offers intense traction across varying terrain and conditions, and maintains stability. Multi-directional lugs also feature on the outsole and dig into the ground for biting traction.
