Rab Neutrino (-12°C) Down Sleeping Bag
Tried and trusted by mountaineers everywhere, the Neutrino is a versatile down sleeping bag built to keep you warm, wherever you hunker down.
Designed to keep you warm and comfortable in temperatures as low as -12°C, this Rab Neutrino Sleeping Bag includes high-quality down for long-term use. By utilising 600 grams of 800FP Goose Down, the weight of the sleeping bag is kept to a minimum for easy transport while still providing dependable warmth. To prevent the down migration, insulation sits within Rab's L.O.F.T. 3D baffle construction, where baffle walls twist into a helix shape, creating funnel points to stop unwanted movement. A 20D Pertex Quantum ripstop fabric has been used on the base and footbox, while a 10D Pertex Quantum has been used on the top to ensure it stands up to mountain environments while increasing loft and packability. Longitudinal chest baffles have been integrated into the design, conserving heat around the torso for improved warming, while side wall baffles are added to improve comfortability for side sleepers. To entrap heat, a cinch has been added to the hood, which works alongside a down-filled collar that sits snug against your neck. If things get too hot, simply unzip from either end of the bag with the two-way zip to allow air to circulate. A YKK anti-snag zip insert, alongside an internal zip guard have been added, stopping you getting stuck outside of or inside the sleeping bag. Following a tapered mummy shape, bulk is minimised, and the fit feels snug for added warmth, while the footbox has been shaped anatomically to your feet for a relaxing sleep. Finally, when the sleeping bag is not in use, stuff into the zipped storage sack with ease. The sack has a water-resistance base to protect the bag from damage.
