Alongside this is a soft, breathable lining to further ensure children's feet remain at optimum comfort. Not only this, but the upper construction includes a durable ripstop fabric, to protect the shoes from tearing and ripping or preventing abrasion from occurring. A protective mudguard also works to protect the lateral and medial sides of the foot, ensuring dirt and debris cannot enter the shoes. A bungee lacing system allows young ones to easily take their shoes on and off, and a velcro strap keeps feet securely in place.
