Phelps Racer 2.0 Wetsuit
A performance triathlete wetsuit by Phelps feature Yamamoto 39, thermoguard technology and bio stretch zones.
Designed to be comfortable and warm on race days, the Phelps Racer Suit is the ideal addition to your triathlon wardrobe. Constructed using Yamamoto 39, the racer wetsuit is highly flexible and buoyant to keep you afloat at all times. Enabling a higher position in the water and providing an unrestricted range of movement through each stroke the yamamoto 39 neoprene is perfect for any open water swim. Yamamoto 40 neoprene has also been used on the under arms and lower back to provide extra durability, buoyancy and flexibility in the water. A 5mm aqua drive core body panel maximises buoyancy and reduces drag so yuo suit wont effect your performance whilst a 4mm aqua drive in the lower back ensures a streamlined body position. Bio-Stretch Zones also enhance freedom of movement, with strategically placed 1.5mm panels under the arms and at the lower back and 1mm panels at the arm, shoulder and collar. As well as this, Thermoguard technology has also been used within the construction to increase warmth and flexibility. Thermoguard traps body heat within its fibres to keep you warm on colder days plus, Thermoguard also increases flexibility and range of motion in the shoulders and chest. Working with Thermoguard is the super stretch fabric which increases flexibility so you can enjoy a free range of motion. The wetsuit moves as you do so your movements will never feel restricted because getting a good stroke is always ideal. In a horseshoe-cut design, the quick release ankle transition panels allow an improved transition time, while the extended length, reverse-pull zipper with leash allows for easy on and off and helps with quick transitions. An aqua-flex collar seal helps to keep water out and preventing chafing and restriction, for maximum comfort to allow you to perform at your best. Completing the Phelps Racer 2.0 Wetsuit s a 100% UVA / UVB treatment which works to protect your skin from the suns harmful UV rays.
