Dolomite 54 Low Evo GORE-TEX Men's Walking Shoes

The 54 Low EVO GORE-TEX features an LWG-certified suede leather upper with a lining made from GORE-TEX membrane and certified full-grain leather. The Doloite Vibram outsole, in Ice-Trek 2 compound, guarantees optimal grip and durability on all surfaces.

Full-Grain Leather Upper

A durable, protective full-grain leather upper, certified by the Leather Working group, keeps the shoes long-lasting and reliable for long hikes and difficult adventures. The walking shoes utilise the ultimate combination of leather and TPU to form a secure, snug upper that keeps feet shielded from bumps, scrapes and bashes on tough hikes. A GORE-TEX membrane adds waterproof protection to stop soggy feet from ruining your journey by preventing poor weather from seeping through the materials. It is also super breathable to stop feet from overheating under pressure, and quick-drying to remove excess sweat and moisture from the skin's surface, keeping feet dry from the inside as well as the outside. The leather PES lining sits soft against your feet to reduce irritation or chafing from ruining your stride. A protective toe bumper and rand ensure your toes are well protected from bumps and bashes on a typical hike, whilst also shielding the shoe from damage in high-wear areas. Traditional to Dolomite style, the laces are laced closer to the toes, securely locking down the midfoot, increasing overall security and control. The shoes also come with a second lacing option, allowing you to change up your style.

EVA Midsole

Ensuring comfort and protection on uneven terrain, the midsole of the 54 Low uses varied thicknesses of EVA foam. The EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm to absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. It also returns energy as rebound, giving a spring to your step. Dolomites Anatomic System Light offers a comfortable fit and works to make walking easier by reducing fatigue and improving posture. Dolomite DAS Light combines an ergonomic last and footbed, bringing you greater stability and balance so you can go further for longer.

Vibram Ice Trek 2 Outsole

Developed using a Vibram outsole, the 54 Low Evo provides extreme grip and traction for all surface wear. Constructed for slippery terrain, the durable rubber can form a solid bond with the ground to anchor you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up to this, deflecting the blows and retaining a strong shape and structure. The Vibram Ice Trek 2 Outsole offers superior grip on icy surfaces and cold terrain. With excellent grip and traction, these walking shoes are an excellent addition for any mountaineering enthusiast. For multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing on varied terrain. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain, working to protect itself from damage and users from losing control or slipping.
