Inov8 F-Lite Max Women's Training Shoes (Wide Fit)
Inov8's most technical cross-training shoe. Heavy lifting, functional fitness, cardio - the F-LITE MAX does it all. A high-performance gym shoe designed to handle whatever your workout throws at you.
Engineered Air Mesh Upper
The F-Lite Max sports a highly breathable engineered air mesh and 3D printed upper construction that works to keep your feet cool and dry during the most intense workouts. Perforations within the mesh allow for excellent air circulation by releasing hot air and replacing it with cool, fresh air. The combined materials have flexible properties to allow smooth, confident movement of your feet. A Met-Cradle wraps across your midfoot to provide a supportive stabiliser, keeping your feet secure during heavy lifting and high-intensity movements. This works in conjunction with the traditional lacing system to lock down the midfoot effectively, and the gusseted tongue to reduce side-to-side containment. Completing the upper is an internal TPU Heel counter, included to give you a solid base when squatting and dead-lifting.
POWERFLOW MAX Midsole
Utilising highly responsive foam, the F-Lite Max offers a comfortable landing platform for high-impact exercises and cardio sessions. Providing a perfect balance between plush cushioning and rigidity required when weightlifting, without experiencing any destabilising compression underfoot. For more underfoot comfort, a 6mm BOOMERANG Footbed sits atop the midsole to ensure extra energy return and shock-absorbing properties. The removable insole features hundreds of foam beads that compress and expels back to provide 40% energy return during your strides.
Grippy Rubber Outsole
Made to ensure you keep your footing, the 2.5mm thick grippy rubber outsole provides excellent traction on all kinds of surfaces, including dusty hardwood to wet rubber mats. With carefully placed high-friction black rubber to maximise stopping power during workouts also features up the sides of the midfoot as Inov8's Rope-Tec technology for grip on the rope as well. The heel features a notably smoother surface for more intimate contact with the floor, particularly important for the lifting section of the workout.
