Engineered Mesh Upper
Providing enhanced breathability and comfort, the upper of the Cloud X Tempo Pro promotes in-shoe freshness for all hybrid fitness races. Perforations in the upper facilitate effective air circulation around the foot, enabling heat to escape and creating space for cooling freshness. The material also protects the foot from possible snags and reduces distractions when chasing PBs. For enhanced midfoot support, a midfoot cage has been implemented into the design and has been paired with a strap to pull tight, perfect for a secure fit through movements like sled push, sled pull and weighted lunges. A traditional lacing system further enhances the secure fit by effectively locking down the midfoot for minimal in-shoe slippage, while a padded collar comfortably holds the heel in place and a flat-laying tongue minimises distractions. This design helps keep you focused and motivated as you continue to push forwards.

On's Helion HF midsole adds unmatched energy return to the Cloud X Tempo Pro at a reduced weight. This Pebax hyper foam adds speed to every step you take through absorbing shock and dissipating direct impact to protect your joints and feet from injury. Absorbed shock is released within your following stride as propulsive energy, giving you much-appreciated energetic boosts with every step. Responsivity is further enhanced through the use of On's CloudTec technology, which utilises specialised geometries of hollow pods within the foam to better absorb impact and offer support underfoot. A carbon Speedboard can also be found within the midsole, providing powerful take-offs and fast transitions through added speed and improved stability. The Speedboard paired with a dynamic rocker enhances energy return, perfect for race day intensity.
