Lightweight Woven Textile Upper

The Speedgoat 6 Mid GORE-TEX features a lightweight and breathable face fabric that allows cool air to flow through the shoe, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and regulating internal temperature to create a healthy environment where feet can thrive. The fabric hugs the foot, offering lightweight support whilst a protective toe bumper shields against hard knocks and bumps. A GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane delivers breathable waterproof protection with a barely-there feel that won't irritate your foot. Alongside this, a dual-sided gusseted tongue prevents dirt or debris from entering the shoes whilst providing next-to-skin comfort for ultimate confidence with every stride. An internal support chassis locks the foot down for a more secure fit while a dynamic vamp accommodates a wider forefoot, allowing your toes to splay. A bolstered heel construction provides structure and seals out dirt and debris. A traditional lacing system with a Velcro ankle strap provides your feet with a locked-in, secure fit for distraction-free strides.

Lightweight Foam Midsole

A lightweight foam has been used within the midsole of the Speedgoat 6 Mid to ensure a cushioned and responsive ride. The midsole provides lightweight cushioning, even more so than its predecessor, which keeps your feet comfortable and supported as you move through uneven terrain. The lightweight foam is also highly responsive as it adapts to the ground beneath you and works to propel you forward throughout the gait cycle. The foam is lighter and more responsive than previous versions, preventing the wearer from feeling weighed down, and keeping you light and quick on your feet. The foam absorbs shock and impacts in key areas of the shoe, helping to stabilise the foot and keep you firmly on your feet. An extended heel tab helps put the shoes on, while a traditional lacing system provides feet with a locked-in, secure fit for distraction-free strides.

Completing the Speedgoat 6 Mid is a Vibram Megagrip outsole that ensures traction and grip on varied terrain. This high-performance rubber compound provides unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces, rugged longevity and optimal ground adaptability. The rubber can form a solid bond with the ground beneath, ensuring traction and control as you explore the unbeaten path. Zonal rubber placement ensures traction and grip where you need it most while remaining lightweight so you can easily cut through tough terrain. Furthermore, a revised lug orientation adorns the outsole to provide flexible and multi-directional traction as you tackle awkward ascents and daring descents.
