Knit Upper
The upper of the Neo Zen is made using a knit material which is ultra-lightweight and allows for a high level of breathability and comfort. The soft knit wraps around your foot, adapting to its shape and providing a sock-like fit for additional comfort throughout wear. It offers a secure fit and a design that moves with your foot throughout the gait cycle for improved comfort and performance. The integrated knit tongue enhances the upper's seamless construction, helping reduce any chafing or irritation. A traditional lacing system anchors the shoe to the foot, increasing stability and control, while a heel tab helps with easy carrying and assists with on/off.
More than 90% of the upper body lining textile and sockliner lining is made from recycled content.
Enerzy NXT Midsole
Featuring Mizuno's nitrogen-infused technology, Mizuno Enerzy NXT, the midsole provides an extremely soft and bouncy feeling. Mizuno Enerzy NXT is the next-generation material; it's soft, responsive and assists in the next level of performance. This technology is lighter than previous Enerzy midsoles, featuring a greater level of cushioning and enabling more output so you can keep pushing for much longer. X10 Outsole
The outsole of the Neo Zen has been made using X10, a durable carbon rubber which allows for longer wear in high-impact areas and supplements traction at the heel. This helps to lessen the impact placed on the knees and joints, allowing for a more comfortable ride as well as optimising gait efficiency. The outsole also ensures maximum grip and traction for a firm, assured footing so you can run with confidence and push yourself to the limit, over and over again.
