The Citadel Jacket is an incredibly warm and protective insulated jacket that will keep you going even in the most challenging conditions.

Designed for tackling the worst of the weather, the Citadel jacket makes high humidity, freezing temperatures, driving snow and gale-force winds a breeze. The jacket has been designed using a DRILITE Loft 30D outer fabric that is totally windproof and highly water resistant, protecting you from wind chill as well as light showers. The outer fabric has been coated with PFAS-free DWR, helping you stay dry in wet weather conditions. The DRILITE Loft 30D is highly durable, protecting the jacket from knocks and scrapes when in the mountains. The insulation is Primaloft Gold Hi-Loft Ultra with Cross Core technology, the best synthetic fill for wet weather. It is highly thermally efficient even when wet, fast drying and resilient in the face of constant packing and unpacking - it remains mobile enough for seconding steep pitches of climbing and wearing for long periods. With a slightly longer, ultra-protective cut, it still maintains the mobility to second a steep pitch or continue moving across technical terrain as conditions deteriorate and darkness falls. Cut with a Mountain Fit, it can be worn with ease over other layers when required. A two-way YKK moulded centre front zip assists in putting the jacket on and off, and can also be used to control ventilation, ensuring you remain at a comfortable temperature. A Super Alpine HC Insulated Hood provides extra coverage when needed, it is fully adjustable and helmet-compatible, while the seamless shoulder panels help to prevent moisture ingress from melting snow and spindrift. Articulated and pre-shaped sleeves allow for a full range of movement, without restrictions holding you back. Two zipped handwarmer pockets and two zippered chest pockets provide ample space for your essential items, with the handwarmer pockets acting as a refuge for when the temperature starts to drop. Providing even further storage options, the jacket features two internal drop-in pockets for gloves, a water bottle and other items that need to be kept warm. Elasticated cuffs and dual tether hem drawcords enable you to alter the fit to be more personal, and also help to trap in heat.
