Built using windproof Pertex Quantum, this lightweight down jacket offers wind protection and the recycled nylon ripstop with a PFAs-free DWR keeps off light rain. The jacket has been filled with 90/10 ExpeDRY goose down at 800+ fill power for great warmth at a low weight ratio. The down has been treated to be water-repellent and quick drying, perfect for damper conditions. The chemical-free technology works because the integrated gold particles vibrate water molecules, just like heat does, to speed up evaporation to a rate faster than the water absorption rate of down, while managing moisture from the body. Panels under the arms are filled with synthetic insulation to retain warmth even when wet, with 4 way stretch for freedom of movement and less bulk. The REACH construction has been optimised for forward reach and mobility, and the PIVOT 2 hood provides extra coverage when you need it and is adjustable at the aperture and crown. An internal pocket and two YKK Natulon recycled zipped hand pockets provide plenty of storage on the move. Finally, a Cube stuff sack keep the jacket compact when not in use.
