Constructed using PERTEX QUANTUM DIAMOND FUSE, a 20 denier recycled Nylon ripstop with advanced technology, the Kamen hoodie has an engineered cross-section that allows diamond fuse yarns to sit together even more tightly than conventional yarn, creating an incredibly flat fabric surface. This design helps to increase the fabric's abrasion and snag resistance whilst also helping it to better shed water. The fabric is windproof and also downproof, stopping down from poking through. Teamed with PFC/PFAS Free DWR, the durable material keeps you feeling dry and protected in light rain. ExpeDRY goose down with 800+ fill power works through a permanent and chemical-free bonding of gold particles to the down cluster, aiding in the evaporation of water molecules to help the down dry faster and stay dry in high humidity, as well as extreme conditions. This means that the garment performs well throughout your adventure, even in changing weather. Additionally, PrimaLoft Gold Insulation Active Vent lightweight synthetic insulation provides warmth and thermal efficiency, designed for breathability and effective moisture management to keep you comfortable and dry as things heat up. This insulation is packable and remains warm even when wet for versatile use and features 4-way stretch to enable freedom of movement. Added PrimaLoft Gold in the CF collar and shoulders manages moisture build-up and offers durable insulation in high compression areas. PEAQ Lightweight recycled Nylon plain weave fabric keeps the hooded jacket lightweight and durable.
