The included flask also has an ambidextrous-handed fit, palm or top-of-hand fit for easy carrying no matter which hand you prefer to use. Additionally, the pack has a small zipped mesh pocket with a safety whistle zipper pull, and a small stretch mesh shove-it pocket for all the essentials such as water and gels, which you may need on the trail.
