Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper of the Fast-Trac Nitro 3 has been created from an engineered mesh to provide a durable and protective shoe, while being extremely comfortable. The mesh is durable in high-wear areas, ensuring your feet are secure and always protected on the trail. Perforations within the fabric provide feet with excellent breathability, allowing cooler air to circulate while built-up heat can escape, ensuring cooler feet on the trail. A GORE-TEX Invisible-Fit membrane has been integrated into the upper to provide breathable, weather protection. GORE-TEX works by releasing small molecules, such as heat and vapour and blocking larger molecules from entering, such as water. Invisible-Fit is one of Gore-Tex's thinnest products, providing a natural fit for a barely there feel. PWRTPE is added to the lateral side to increase support and durability, while adding stability on difficult and rocky terrain. A comfortable tongue and rolled collar feature to provide a great fit and feel, whilst a loop at the tongue and heel assist with putting the shoes on. Traditional laces with integrated eyestays provide an adjustable, snug fit.

Nitrofoam Midsole

The midsole of the Fast-Trac Nitro 3 has been created using Puma's Nitrofoam. This nitrogen-infused foam is lightweight and springy, providing high energy return and responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has expanded the midsole, making the shoe extremely comfortable underfoot while providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. The foam will propel you forward, helping you to hit those PBs, while absorbing shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. This reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury.
