With their streamlined design, slim fit, and ultra-tough crampon kicker patches, the Latok GORE-TEX Gaiters allow you to climb unhindered while defending against ice, rain, rugged rock and sharp equipment. They're built with a carefully chosen combination of fabrics, with breathable GORE-TEX Performance technology around the top, stretchy and waterproof Proflex down the back for mobility, and Spectra ripstop reinforcements around the ankle. This means you stay dry, retain airflow and freedom of movement and the gaiters are protected from the trails of the trails, such as rocks and crampons. The gaiters stay securely in place thanks to the shoelace hooks and robust underfoot straps, and the underfoot strap is attached using Velcro so you can easily remove, replace, or adjust it, with no possible buckle breakages. The gaiters are quick to pull on with a zipless Velcro front closure, and to ensure a close, snag-free fit, the gaiter has a single-handed drawcord upper hem adjustment. The minimised seam construction means that there is less bulk and also minimises the risk of chafing.
