Made from renewable, plant-based resources the fibres provide product longevity alongside reduced carbon emissions. The construct is strong against possible cuts and snags to ensure confident wear over and over again. While the jacket provides you with a cooling effect for maximised comfort and enhanced ventilation while on the move. It works to reduce the build up of sweat and promotes better airflow around the body continuously over long periods of time. Salomon's adv.DRY technology has been implemented into this jacket, providing you with protection against wet, changing weather with superior waterproofing. Salomon have used a Smart Hood, following a minimalist design to ensure visibility is not limited but you are still protected from the elements. An adjustable bungee cord can be found on the back of the head to personalise the fit to prevent the hood sliding while on the move, this also features on the hem of the jacket for a slimmer fit. A waterproof pocket has been added on the chest to store valuables such as mobile phones, wallets and keys, this same pocket can store the coat once finished in a compact pocket to simplify carrying it. Finally, 360 degree reflectivity has been added around the jacket to improve visibility at all angles for confidence as the sun sets.
