Mesh uppers will encase each foot in breathable comfort. Perforates in the fabric increase airflow; promoting a better, healthier environment for little feet to thrive in. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air. In addition, synthetic overlays are added to provide structural integrity to the upper providing comfort as well as stability. The overlays tie in with the lacing system and wrap the heel to provide a nice snug fit that wraps around the foot and prevent in shoe slipping from occurring. Lastly, a velcro strap wraps around on the laces to provide easy on and off as well as provides a nice and secure fit.
In the midsole, the Dynamic DuoMax Support System (a dual density midsole material) works to stabilise the foot during the push-off and landing phase, controlling pronation and preventing injury. Higher density EVA sits on the medial side and works to reduce inward rolling while enhancing the normal movement of the foot. Sitting beneath this supportive platform, and complimenting its protective nature, is the rearfoot GEL Cushioning System. This clever technology works to reduce shock during the impact phase; sparing juvenile joints as they sprint down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces, and allowing for a peaceful transition to mid-stance.
The Trusstic System has been implemented to reduce the weight of the sole unit and link the forefoot and rearfoot. It works alongside the Guidance Line to encourage a more consistent and directional gait, without compromising the shoe's structural integrity. A solid rubber outsole completes the shoe, supplying imperative, reliable and durable grip. Choose the ASICS GT-1000 6 GS for a sturdy, supportive and comfortable ride.
