GORE-TEX Upper

Providing your feet with a constant supply of airflow and exceptional waterproof protection, the Quest Echo GORE-TEX Trail Shoes utilise a breathable GORE-TEX upper. The GORE-TEX materials provide optimum protection on the trails by protecting your feet from rain and moisture in poor, changing weather, including snowy conditions. Nubuck leather has been utilised within the upper, enhancing the overall durability and longer wear time of the shoes. Within the upper is a textile lining to promote better in-shoe comfort for the wearer, this fabric is soft and breathable against the foot to keep you cool and minimise rubbing. SensiFit technology has been implemented into the upper, cradling your midfoot from the midsole up to the laces, helping you stabilise over uneven and unpredictable terrain. Around the base of the shoe is a protective mudguard, that shields the lateral and medial sides of the foot, which works alongside the toe guard to reduce injury from bumps and snags on your adventure. For less distraction, the tongue is gusseted to minimise the chance of debris entering the shoe. This works in collaboration with the traditional lacing system that effectively locks down the midfoot for an immovable fit.

EnergyCell Midsole

Made with high-performance foam, the midsole of the Quest Echo has a compound of EnergyCell foam within it to provide you with plush cushioning underfoot continuously as miles build. When covering unforgiving surfaces, shock is absorbed into the foam, dissipating direct impact and protecting your joints and feet from injury. Absorbed shock is released within your following stride as propulsive energy, giving you a needed motivational boost in every step. The midsole also contains a 4D AdvancedChassis construction, providing stability and support underfoot without compromising natural movements, no matter the terrain. Sitting atop the midsole is a molded Ortholite sockliner, enhanced cushioning further and adding an element of breathability to the midsole, helping heat to escape and in turn allow cool, fresh air to enter.
