Vibram FiveFingers Groundsplay SL Women's Training Shoes

Built with a very thin sole and micro-traction lugs, the Groundsplay SL has extremely flexible toes for dynamic movement. Whether lifting weights or moving through training circuits, the shoe provides the necessary grip and control to maximise performance.

Breathable Upper

The Groundslpay is built for those who love to push their limits. This shoe delivers the ultimate natural movement experience. Utilising a breathable upper, they offer a flexible fit that allows you to move freely, while also encouraging cool air to flow to help regulate temperature. The upper also ensures more natural movement whilst keeping feet locked in for a secure and stable footing. Completing the upper is a one-pull toggle system with Velcro closure, which locks the midfoot for a secure fit and prevents in-shoe slippage.

Vibram EcoStep Outsole

The outsole of the Groundsplay SL offers stability and support to help you obtain maximum grip and traction. This is done through the Vibram EcoStep outsole, which enhances performance and reduces the wear and tear on your joints. The sole offers enhanced ground feel and protection thanks to the toe articulation, creating great balance and active stability. Completing the outsole is a micro-traction lug pattern, which enhances grip during lateral movements.
