Join us for a relaxed 5K run around Shoreditch, hosted by Nike. Whether you’re building up your miles or just looking for a fun and social way to start your weekend, this event is open to all paces and experience levels.

We’ll meet at House of Sports Shoes, 133 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JE, from 8:30 AM for check-in and introductions, before heading out for a 9:00 AM start.

After the run, stick around for an exclusive experience called 'Back on Track'

Lloyd Kempson will be joined by M11 runners to talk about how they get their running back on track after inevitable setbacks and disappointments that effects all runners.

Amira Mansour, AKA The Communication Expert will then host a group workshop where we’ll unpack what actually happens psychologically when things don’t go as expected and more importantly, how to reset properly.You’ll learn practical tools to manage negative self-talk, separate facts from emotion and rebuild trust in yourself so you don’t carry doubt into race day. Because resilience isn’t about having a perfect build-up, it’s about knowing how to steady yourself when it hasn’t been.This session is for runners who care deeply about their performance and want to stop one setback from spiralling into self-doubt. In this small group workshop.
