adidas Terrex AX4 GORE-TEX Walking Boots

Comfortable, stable and versatile, these hiking boots are built to move fast through varied terrain and wet conditions. The hybrid design blends hiking-boot support with a running-shoe-like feel in a mid-height design. A GORE-TEX membrane in the upper helps keep feet dry while providing breathability in key zones. EVA foam balances comfort and stability on the trail. A Continental Rubber outsole offers extraordinary traction in wet and dry conditions.

GORE-TEX Upper

Providing you with a lightweight, waterproof and versatile pair of hiking boots, the AX4 utilises a combination of GORE-TEX lining, abrasion-resistant mesh and synthetic materials for the upper construction. With a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, the AX4 keeps your feet dry and protected as you take on the trail. GORE-TEX works tirelessly to prevent water ingress whilst retaining breathable properties to improve comfort and airflow. The lightweight, abrasion-resistant mesh allows cool air to circulate throughout the upper to ensure you remain cool, dry and comfortable. Perforations within the fabric increase airflow, promoting a healthier environment for your feet to thrive. The mesh is ultra-durable, perfect for use in rough terrain. Synthetic overlays further up the robust nature of the boot, protecting you from knocks and scrapes out on the trail. A gusseted tongue seals out moisture and debris for in-boot comfort. The mid-ankle height padded cuff is soft and supportive, protecting your ankle as you traverse the trail. Completing the upper of the AX4 is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides. This product is part of a series made from high-performance recycled materials, therefore at least 50% of the upper is recycled contents.

Lightweight EVA Midsole

Lightweight EVA resides in the midsole to ensure long-term cushioning and comfort for a more responsive, comfortable feel. The plush cushioning helps minimise the wear and tear placed upon your joints during high-intensity activities such as walking on difficult trails. This also reduces the potential risk of injury, giving you the confidence to maximise focus and performance. A moulded sockliner has also been included to enhance the comfort and fit of the boot.

Continental Rubber Outsole

The outsole is crafted from Continental Rubber with a superbly engineered outsole lug design that offers the boot multi-directional grip and multi-surface traction, without putting extra pressure on the foot. The rubber forms a solid bond with the ground beneath for advanced grip and is highly durable, resisting wear. The Traxion lugs bite into the earth below for multidirectional traction. The adidas Terrex AX4s are a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts as they ensure you stay sure-footed in all and any terrain and weather conditions.
