Ideal super breathable and light hiking shoe for day hiking lightweight, overnight trips and hiking on mixed trail conditions.
Keeping your feet dry and cosy, the Space GV's encase your feet in a comfortable layer of water-resistant Suede fabrics. These materials repel light rain and water, to ensure that feet remain dry, and the breathable nature of these materials, further prevent discomfort from overheating. Alongside this, the shoes utilise a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear lining which works efficiently to keep feet dry and cosy inside the shoes. A TPU toe cap prevents feet from being injured or affected by rocks and debris and ensures the shoes are long-lasting for total comfort. Completing the upper construction of these shoes are a traditional lacing system to ensure feet are securely locked-in, therefore preventing in-shoe slippage.
Designed using an EVA midsole, these walking shoes aim to provide you with enough cushioning and comfort to get you through the day. The EVA midsole provides comfort and protection on uneven terrain, it resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. An A-Sport insole provides additional comfort when you most need it.
For support and traction on varied terrain, the Mid Grid Walking Shoes utilise an Asolo-Vibram A-Sport Outsole. Alongside this, is a MegaGrip compound for unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces. This exceptional outsole guarantees the best performance on all types of terrain, and with rugged longevity. The sole works to provide an optimal balance of stability and flexibility for adaptation to the ground below. These durable soles have deep lugs to assist self-cleaning action, preventing mud, dirt and rocks from getting trapped inside.
