The Stache UL is a stripped-back summit pack designed to be carried as a second pack and unleashed for summit pushes, or used for acclimatisation missions from basecamp.
The lightest backpack in Blue Ice's range, the Stache UL is super lightweight, stripped down to basics at 240g when weight is critical for your journey. Offering the full alpine pack and features, the backpack is perfect for accompanying you on future expeditions and alpine adventures. Constructed from burly uHMWPE body fabric, the mountaineering companion has leading durability for long-lasting reliability. Similar to the larger Stache packs, the outer has quick-drying properties to prevent valuables from getting wet or ruined in bad weather. The breathable back panel is highly air-permeable to keep your back cool and fresh when you're under pressure, whilst moisture-wicking properties stop you from overheating. The low-profile carrying system utilises side compression straps for the perfect fit and stability during intense movement, whilst a removable waist belt gives you extra stability when you need it most, or when your pack gets a bit heavier. Store, stash and organise your hiking or mountaineering essentials using the multiple storage solutions, including a large zipped main compartment, stretch side pockets or straps for other essentials. Internally, the pack is compatible with a hydration bladder, keeping you prepared for longer journeys. It will also hold a helmet and technical tools or piolets, making them convenient to grab on the move.
